Where are you located?
We’re proudly baking from Innisfil, Ontario! While we don’t have a physical storefront (yet), you can place your order online for nationwide shipping in Canada or choose local pick-up.
What are your shipping and pick-up days?
We ship across Canada every Monday.
For local customers, pick-up is available every Saturday in Innisfil. We’ll send you the exact pick-up address and time window after your order is confirmed.

Do you offer local delivery?
Not at the moment. Orders can either be picked up locally or shipped directly to your door through our delivery partner.
What’s the minimum order?
Our cookies are chunky, rich, and made with love (and a lot of premium ingredients), so there's no minimum order.
But we highly recommend grabbing more than one to make the most of the shipping 😉
Trust us, once you try one, you’ll want more anyway.
Does your cookie menu change?
We keep a core menu of fan-favorite cookies all year round. But to keep things fresh, we introduce a brand new limited-edition flavor every month. So there's always something exciting to try!
How do I store my cookies?
Our cookies stay fresh in their packaging for up to 1 week at room temp.
Want them warm and gooey?
- Microwave (unwrapped): 10–12 seconds
- Oven (preheated 350°F / 180°C): 5–8 minutes
To save them for later, freeze them (wrapped & sealed) for up to 2 months. Reheat straight from frozen in the oven for 8–10 minutes.
What if I miss my pick-up time?
Just send us an email at chonkicookies@gmail.com and we’ll work with you to reschedule your pick-up.
Are your cookies allergen free?
No. We use shared equipment to bake everything, and our cookies may contain or come in contact with wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, and nuts.
Do you make vegan or gluten free cookies?
